Enchiladas!



Why am I always so intimidated by delicious food?  Isn't it always (maybe I shouldn't say "always", how about "usually") , the stuff we love the easiest to make?
Here are some of  us girls making "Zonie Comfort Food"!
Green Enchiladas
1 lg. can Macayo's green enchilada sauce
10 flour tortillas
Combine these for filling:
2 lg. cans chicken breast or 1 rotisserie chicken
green onions, chopped
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Have shredded cheese for topping
Dip your tortillas in sauce then add the chicken,green onions, and combination and roll them up. Place side by side in 9x13 pan. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top. Add shredded cheese and sprinkle more green onions on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minute.
