Shhh...Be Still!

Life has a way of throwing curve balls. Things you don't expect. I woke up this morning with a heavy, irritated, impatient heart. Ugh. A feeling disaster , people are hurting, I hurt. What to do, what to do...
I went to The Word. One verse jumped right off the page.

Psalm 46:10

New International Version (NIV)

¹⁰ He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.”

Ok. 

It feels so good to give it to God.  He's the one that has it all under control.

I think part of being still is being in prayer.
